„Eigentlich ziemlich gut, aber ein paar Betrübnisse gab es doch
Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein Ausstattungsmanko (das steht jetzt hier unter positiv, weil unten die Zeichenzahl aufgebraucht war) war allerdings die Beleuchtung am Bett. Es gab nur eine Stehlampe am Fußende; das fanden wir in Anbetracht der vier Sterne lachhaft schlecht. Aber, wofür hat das Smartphone eine Taschenlampe?! Der Raum war schön ruhig (jedenfalls solange man das Fenster nicht öffnete: dann brachte eine vierspurige Straße gleich unterhalb ganz ordentlich Lärm rein. Vor der Tür befanden sich freie öffentliche Parkplätze, die bis Mitternacht vier Stunden belegt werden dürfen (Parkscheibe), die Nacht über gibt es bis sechs Uhr morgens keine Einschränkung. Wer also abends um 20 Uhr sein Auto abstellt und bereit ist, am nächsten Morgen um kurz vor sechs aufzustehen, kommt günstig weg. (Diese kulanten Vier-Stunden-Parkzeiträume haben wir in Helsinki übrigens ständig gesehen.) Das empfohlene Parkhaus gleich nebenan - für das man, soweit ich es verstanden habe, ein Smartphone und eine spezifische App benötigt - ist aus meiner Sicht zu teuer (ich meine mich an so etwas wie zwei Euro pro Stunde zu erinnern, das wären dann von 20-6 Uhr 20 Euro statt 0 Euro auf der Straße, aber ich habe die Preisstruktur nicht wirklich unter die Lupe genommen). Die neutrale Bewertung unter "Personal" bedeutet hier: da war keins, also kann dazu auch keine Aussage gemacht werden.
Den Self-Check-in via Tablet in einer Art Check-in-Parzelle, wo man so dicht neben anderen Gästen seine Daten eingibt, dass sie einfach mitgelesen werden könnten und man seinen Ausweis, um letztlich Zugang zu den über nicht-erstattbaren Buchung gebuchten Räume zu erhalten, abfotografieren lassen MUSS, was m. W. nicht EU-konform ist (wenn leider auch gang und gäbe) in der Branche, fand ich unangenehm, mitten im Prozess wechselte die Sprache auf einer Seite auf Finnisch ... also einfach mal unten rechts draufgeklickt und Glück gehabt ... Beim Check-out mussten wir erst einmal darauf kommen, dass in dem Check-in-Bereich ein Check-out-Schlitz für die Rückgabe der Schlüsselkarten ist ... ja, irgendwo außen stand an einer Tür Check-out ... man, sind wir doof/unaufmerksam. Abends gelang es uns nicht, die Tür von außen zu öffnen. Während wir vergeblich versuchten, durch Vorhalten unserer Schlüsselkarte an allen möglichen Stellen (einen gesonderten Hinweis gab es an der Tür nicht) hineinzugelangen (bei unserer Ankunft war die Tür nicht verschlossen gewesen), lasen wir auf einer Notiz an der Tür, dass die Hilfe beim Zugang mit 73,20 Euro oder so ähnlich berechnet würde. Uns wurde aber nicht ganz klar, was genau damit gemeint sein sollte. Kein Mensch da, der zuständig ist, wenn man in sein im Voraus bezahltes Viersterne-Appartment möchte und es nicht gleich hinbekommt: außer natürlich per Telefonat an einen teuren Zugangsermöglicher. Zum Glück machte uns jemand die Außentür von innen auf, bei der Innentür und den Zimmern war der Einsatz der Schlüsselkarten kein Problem. Vermutlich hatten wir einfach noch zu viel Autofahr-Jetlag, um diese technisch-elektronischen Dinge augenblicklich sauber zu erfassen, es war für uns jedenfalls alles unangenehm stressig, da mögen die Zugangsdesigner noch so den Kopf schütteln: wir würden in Zukunft um diese Art von Check-in und Zugangseinsamkeit eher einen Bogen machen.

„Rundum toller Aufenthalt
Das Zimmer war toll, die Einrichtung war sehr modern und wunderschön. Die Gemeinschaftsräume waren einladend. Der Check in verlief reibungslos, Personal war telefonisch erreichbar und sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer wurde einmal "geputzt", und es wurden lediglich die Handtücher gewechselt.

Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, 5 Metrostationen vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt
Fenster auf den Zimmern lassen sich nicht öffnen (nur ein cm-breiter Spalt), d.h. wenig Frischluftzufuhr und die Klimaanlage ist unterdimensioniert Wenn man 2-Bett Zimmer bucht, bitte genau hinschauen!! Habe mit einem Freund ein Zimmer mit einem 140cm breiten Bett und einer Doppeldecke bekommen. Konnten zum Glück noch gegen kleinen Aufpreis auf Zimmer mit 160cm Bett mit 2 Decken upgraden
